To improve the shopping experience of the customers, we successfully set up the 1st Lower Arm Brand Store in Asia by 2020 & we are expanding the outlets. This is to let the customers see and touch our products at our store and purchase directly.

1) We have a delivery lead time of 1-3 working days.
2) Orders made during peak season (i.e. holidays, festive season, promotion, etc) will have a slight delay in delivery time.
3) However, if the duration has already exceeded the delivery lead time, please contact our customer service to assist you immediately.
- Clunking Noise
Specifically coming from the control arm and usually following a bump, braking, or a hard turn. - Steering Wander
Pulling to the left or right without input from the steering wheel. - Un-Even Tire Wear
Wear on the inside or outside edge of the tire or other unusual wear patterns. - Vibration
Excessive vibration felt mostly in the steering wheel as the insecure wheels rapidly wobble.
*Other components that can fail and display these symptoms are the wheel bearing, tie rod ends, rack end, stabilizer link, stabilizer bar bush, absorber top mount, steering rack, drive shaft.

Yes, you may exchange your item. Kindly observe the following policy:
- You're entitled to an exchange of your item only within 5 days after receiving said item(s).
- AMB will NOT bear the return cost(s) of item(s).
- Goods exchange is only valid for reason(s) that DO NOT include a change of mind.
Item(s) will be inspected before the exchange process is initiated. Here are the valid reason(s) for item exchange:
- Wrong fit.
- We will arrange for collection (depending on the situation).

Should the situation be considered a special case where it involves monetary refunds, your refunds will be processed within 30 working days.*
We offer shipping via DHL Express and Instant Delivery services by our logistic team.
For store pick-up delivery, kindly note that our staff will contact you once your order has arrived at the outlet. We'll set an appointment with you for when you can pick up your item(s)

Please also provide the information below:
1) Your car model and year of manufacture
2) Car chassis number.
For the warranty, we cover manufacturing defects that are bushings, ball joint. The warranty for lower arm does not cover damages due to abuse, wear and tear, and misuse. Please register warranty on our website after you receive the goods and proof of car mileage that marks the commencement of your warranty.
If there is product defect, customer can get a new replacement item within the period. Not applied to product abuse and misuse.
